Permission to access documents – Feature available only for the Professional level

Building in Cloud is a system of collaboration and sharing of the activities of a building / project; the management of documents related to these activities plays a very delicate role in terms of privacy and security.

To accomplish this delicate task, a structured document access system was created based on the activities that each individual team member or group of team members of a building must perform.

The management of the permissions is based on the organization of the folders, each folder is associated with the management of access permissions to the documents of each individual member of the team or team members grouped by skills.
