Information on the HVAC system

In this section, general information on the building’s HVAC systems is available and ordered.

This command is only available for the System Administrator and the Building Manager.

To manage HVAC system information, select the Buildings command from the main menu as shown below.

 

The “HVAC command allows you to create and manage the system information.

 

Continue by clicking on the “Description” tab as shown in the figure above.

From this sheet it is possible to enter the descriptive information of the building installation.

The “Equipment” tab, see figure above, allows defining the general characteristics of the various equipment that make up the electrical and special system of the building.

Clicking on the “+” command will show a Pop Up, as shown below, from which you can enter specific components of the system.

 

The “New Equipment” Pop Up to enter the data of the equipment that make up the HVAC system.

 

After entering the data, click on the “Save” command to save the information entered.

To select the “People” tab, click on the “General Information” command, as shown above and then select the “People” tab as shown above.

 

The “People” tab allows you to associate, to certain types of jobs, defined by categories, the companies that must operate in the building.

 

Selecting the “New Category” button displays a Pop up, see figure below, from which you can create a new category as shown below.

 

The Pop Up that allows you to create new job categories for the current building.

 

Enter a new category and click apply.

To the new category it is now possible to associate a “Company” by selecting it from the menu as shown below.

 

The Pop Up that allows you to associate the categories of work with the companies that will have to perform for the current building.

 

The selected company is part of the list of Companies configured in the Setup >> Registries>> Companies menu.

At the end of this process a relationship was created between a category of activities to be carried out in the current building and the Company that will have to perform it.

 

The table of the categories of work with the references of the Companies that will have to perform them.
