BIM Management – available only for “Professional level”

Building in Cloud was conceived, designed, and constructed to maximize the potential of BIM (Building Information Modeling) without requiring expensive software.

BIC takes advantage of the benefits of BIM and adds innovative ways to manage building information by simply importing a BIM model.

Importing a BIM model into BiC and linking it to a building provides you with immediate access to to spaces and building components.

BiC’s BIM data management also preserves the BIM objects connected with activities planned and managed throughout the life-cycle of a building.

BIC has a powerful Viewer that lets you navigate the BIM template to obtain the information necessary to perform required tasks.

Clicking on the “BIM Button”, see figure below, allows you to easily toggle between the BIM Viewer and detail for you specific building location.
