10.1.4.How to Associate a Task with a Document
The “Tasks” command allows you to associate a task to the selected document that a member of the team will have to carry out in the times and in the ways defined during the creation phase.
Activities can be defined as “scheduled tasks” that must be assigned to a “team member” to be completed.
To associate the selected document with an activity, select the “Documents” menu as shown below.

Select a document and then select the “Tasks” command as shown in the figure below.
