How to manage new versions of a document
The “Version” command allows you to manage the versions of a document.
To view and manage the version of a document select the “Documents” menu as shown below
Select the “Document list” command as shown in the figure below.
Select a document as shown below.
Select a document and then select the “New Version” command as shown below.
After selecting the “New Version” command a Popup appears as shown in the figure below:
Select the new file to upload as the new document version and select the upload command.
Once the new file has been uploaded to the document version history, you will be able to check and track the document versions.
