How to view the details of a document

From the “Details” tab it is possible to display and possibly edit the “meta-data” of the document.

To access the document details, select the “Documents” menu as shown in the figure below.

Select a document and then select the “View” command as shown in the figure below.

 

The “View” command allows you to access the contents of a document

 

From the “Details” tab, see figure below, you can:

  • Rename the document;
  • Change the description;
  • Change the status;
  • Change the category of the document.

 

 

 

Selezionare il comando “Salva” per confermare le modifiche.
