Following the selection of the “Invite” command, a Pop Up appears, as shown below, to choose the user to be invited, the associated organization, and the Competence and the Role that the new team member will play.

The “Invite in the team” Pop Up allows you to invite a user to become a member of a building team and assign roles.

User name / Email: Enter the user name or user email already present in the system or enter an email address of a user not yet present in the system. The field facilitates the search for existing users in the system.

The choice of the role to associated with the team member controls access to information and activities required for the correct execution of his task within the team.
To find out which roles are available and what are the privileges and permissions associated with it, see Chapter “Settings >> System settings >> Users and permissions”.
After completing all required information and “OK” is selected, the new team member will receive an email similar to the one shown below. The invited team member must definitively accept to become a full member of the team building.
