Create an issue on a document

The “Issues” command enables the “Issues” tab to be activated by selecting “Details”, as shown in the figure below, from which a problem can be associated with a document.

Issues can be defined as “unforeseeable tasks”, sometimes to correct an error, fulfill a need, etc.  which must be assigned to a “team member” to be completed.

To associate the selected document with an issue, select the “Documents” menu as shown below.

Select a document and then select the “Issue” command as shown in the figure below.
