How to manage buildings
To manage existing buildings select the “Manage Buildings” from the “Buildings” as shown below. Note: The Manage Buildings command is only available to the System Administrator.

Then click on the command “Manage buildings” as shown in the figure below.
From the “Properties” section, see the figure above, it is possible, from the “General” section, to change the name, description and building code.
From the “Position” section you can change the geographic location of the building.
From the “Team” tab, see figure below, it is possible to manage the team members of the building.
From this tab, you can invite a team member, send an email to the selected team members, send a message, edit the team member information, or delete a member from the building team.
For this and other building related management areas (es Documents, Tasks, etc.), there are two views available: list or table. To choose which view to edit the team members, select one of the two conditions as shown in the figure below.
