Managing Team Member Skills

To manage skills, select the “Team” menu as shown below.

Select the “New” command, as shown below, to create a new competency.

 

The “New” command allows you to create new skills to assign to the building team members

 

From the “Properties” tab enter the name and description of the competency as shown below.

Select the “Save” command to confirm the data entered, after which the new “Members” tab appears, as shown below.  You can then select previously created team members and assign the competency.

 

Eliminating a skill

To detete competency, select the “Delete” command as shown in the figure below.

 

The “Delete” command allows you to delete a skill.
