How to create new system users

The Command “New” Allows you to Generate New System users.

 

The command create New system user

 

From the “Information” tab, see figure below, (from the “General” section) to determine if the user is Active or Not active, the Name of user, Password and the “Organization/Company” to which the User belongs.

From the “Registry” section enter User first and last name, and title.

From the “Contact” section enter the Users phone and email information.

Confirm the entered data by selecting the “Save” command.

Upon successful registration, other tabs will be available, from which you can attach documents, save annotations and consult user access statistics.

Confirm ALL the data entered by selecting the “Save and Close” command.
