Register of the actions performed on the document

The “Log” command displays the list of activities carried out over time on the selected document.

To view the log of a document select the “Documents” menu as shown in the figure below.

Select a document and then select the “Log” command as shown in the figure below.

 

The “Log” tab allows you to view the list of activities carried out over time on the document.

 

From the “Log” tab you can get information about:

  • The date, the user, the action performed; the details and the file name of the action.

From the log it is possible to track this action:

  • Displayed;
  • Downloaded;
  • Uploaded:
  • Uploaded a new version;
  • Checked in;
  • Checked out;
  • Moved
