How to send messages to team members. This feature is available only in the Professional level.

To send messages to the building Team Members, select the “Team” menu as shown below.

To send messages to one or more team members directly from BiC select the “Send message” command as shown in the figure below.

 

“Send Message” command to send a message to team members.

 

To send a message to one or more team members tag (check in box) one or more team members to whom you want to send a communication, then click on the “Send message” command.

Following the selection of the “Send message” command, as shown in the figure below, the message editing window is displayed, and works similar to most email systems.

You can also select the “Send an email copy” box to automatically forward the content of the message also by e-mail.
