Assigning team member skills
Skills define the specific competencies of team members. They assure appropriate composition of teams as well as control appropriate access to documents, communications/notifications, with respect to permissions and privileges.
Team members can also be grouped by competencies to facilitate the simultaneous selection of multiple team members by selecting them in groups based on skills.
To set the skills select the “Team” menu as shown below.
Select the “Skills setting” command as shown in the figure below.
