The General command

By selecting the command “General” you access a page to manage “Information”, “Settings”, and “Preferences”.

 

General settings

 

By selecting the “General” command you can also access the “Settings” tab, see figure below, from which you can insert the logo of your organization which will then be shown, for example, in the printout of reports, in the prints of problems and activities, etc. You can also define the custom settings of the mail server with which emails are sent to team members.

 

The Organization information tab

 

“Information” enables you to input and maintain your Company/Organization information:

  • Name of the Organization
  • Street Address
  • District
  • CodeZip
  • Type
  • Contact Information
  • Tax Information

 

The “General” command also accesses the “Settings” tab, to upload the Organization logo as well as custom email settings.

  • Language
  • Measurement System
  • Time Zone, Time and Date, and Date Format
  • Currency and Currency/Number Format
